Skyline – Concierge (Part‑Time / On‑Call) Location: Skyline at First Hill, 725 9th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104. Skyline at First Hill is Seattle’s premier luxury retirement community located in the First Hill neighborhood. We are a team of dedicated and caring people with a strong desire to enrich the lives of older adults. Pay: $21 – $23 per hour, DOE. Shift: Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Responsibilities Assist with greeting residents, staff, visitors, and the public. Takes calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front‑desk duties as assigned. Provides exceptional customer service to our team. Performs general administrative tasks such as taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes. Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries. Maintains office supplies; orders new inventory as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education, training, and experience. At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader. Current first‑aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Completion of background check and drug screening; pre‑employment screenings may include physical, TB test and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines. Benefits Competitive pay.
