Licensing Requirement Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required prior to your start date. If you're currently completing your licensing, we'll provide coaching, study resources, and guidance to help you become fully licensed before joining our team. What You'll Do Develop new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and lead follow-up. Quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products. Conduct comprehensive policy reviews and recommend solutions based on each customer's needs. Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. Cross-sell multiple product lines to provide complete protection for customers and their families. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency and state guidelines. Stay current on product knowledge, underwriting changes, and industry trends. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and production goals. What We're Looking For Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. Proven success in insurance sales with strong closing abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals. High level of integrity and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Organized, dependable, and committed to continuous professional growth.
