Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

CareLinx by Sharecare is looking for licensed vocational nurses (LVNs) to join CareLinx by Sharecare. LVNs have the opportunity to provide care to patients in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, patients' homes, senior living centers, and hospital/clinical settings. We offer various shifts including day, night, weekdays, and weekends choose the shifts to fit your schedule.

Essential job functions:

• Provide care within your scope of practice potentially including helping with the preparation, implementation and continuing evaluation of the patient care plan; collecting, recording, and monitoring patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs; and administering immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers
• Communicates with the care team as needed.
• Completes, maintains, and submits accurate and relevant documentation.
• Supervises ancillary personnel and delegates responsibilities when required.
• Ensures an atmosphere that allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment.

Qualifications:

• Three months of nursing experience
• Ability to communicate in English
• Active nursing license/certification
• Active CPR/BLS certification
• Proof of COVID vaccination, including the first booster
• Medical requirements including physicals and TB test may be required.
• Additional documents can be requested due to state laws and regulations, and some training requirements may be needed.

Salary: $30-$35/hour
