Accounting Manager

Compensation $130,000 - $150,000 + Bonus Location Lake Forest, CA 93630 (Onsite) Company Description Our publicly traded client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an Accounting Manager to manage the annual financial consolidations for all entities and support the SEC reporting process. This individual will perform various other accounting support functions and work on special projects as needed. Their ideal candidate has experience with global consolidations, ideally in a publicly traded Company. Benefits 401k Company Match Bonus Program Future Career Growth and Development Responsibilities Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process across all global entities Put together clear, polished financial packages that are ready for executive and Board-level audiences Play a key role in preparing and reviewing the company's 10-Q and 10-K filings Handle multi-currency consolidations, including FX translations and analysis of currency translation adjustments across international subsidiaries Work closely with internal and external auditors to stay audit-ready, keep SOX compliance on track, and file statutory reports across all required jurisdictions Manage and maintain consolidation tools (FCCS/Hyperion) to keep data clean and accurate reporting across the global entity structure Identify opportunities to streamline the consolidation and reporting process and help bring in the right technology solutions to scale with the business Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial visibility into performance and profitability, supporting the company's growth Supervise and mentor accounting staff across all functions, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Assist with external audit preparation and ensure ongoing compliance with financial reporting standards and internal policies Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related degree. Experience with global consolidations is required. Experience in a Public Company is highly desired. CPA license is highly desired. Knowledge of major accounting software packages for general ledger accounting (Hyperion deemed a plus). Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, business leaders, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results. #J-18808-Ljbffr Conexus
