Role Description
LaSante Health Center is seeking a full-time Operations Associate to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY. The Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and assisting in resolving logistical and procedural challenges. The role involves collaborating with team members, maintaining operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall patient experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Operations and an understanding of operational workflows
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration
Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
Customer Service experience to support patient satisfaction
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in healthcare operations is a plus
