Account Supervisor

Fueled by our people, process, and product, with locations across technology hubs, we connect what companies make to what people feel through integrated communications strategies. ----- Account Supervisors (AS) are proficient in many core elements of integrated communications work and collaborate closely with account directors and vice presidents to manage team to succeed on specific client projects. You are considered a go-to resource by clients and are viewed as an emerging leader by your peers. You support new business initiatives as a trusted member of pitch teams. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, develop and execute marketing programs on client's behalf to deliver on their objectives and strategies. Use data and research to develop insight-driven programs. Conduct proactive research on marketing trends to generate and influence new ideas and activations. Manage creative projects from strategy and execution to measurement and analysis. Creative projects may include but are not limited to video production, social content, presentation design, event signage and collateral. Ensure complete, timely and actionable direction to teams on all client programs. Manage account and client financials related to agency fee and out-of-pocket client expenses to ensure projects are on budget. Possess a thorough understanding of the planning, creative, and production processes within an agency environment. Cultivate and grow strong relationships with clients and cross-capability teams. Set measurement reporting standards and deliver insights to clients. PEOPLE WHO EXCEED IN THIS ROLE: Have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in communications or public relations. Have agency experience in the Tech PR industry. Are self-driven, organized, proactive, and possess strong time management skills. Have strong written and oral communications skills. Consistently meet deadlines, pay close attention to detail, prioritize multiple tasks, and deliver the highest quality work. Have the ability to take ownership of projects and execute effectively. Embrace autonomy and accountability. Please note: We are only considering candidates currently based in the Boston area . This role follows a hybrid model, with a minimum of two days per week in-office and/or in-person opportunities for team collaboration, industry or networking events, and client or new business meetings.
