Job Description Develops and leads the marketing strategy in the Deposits product marketing team to deliver customer‑centric, multi‑channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement. Identifies and communicates key performance indicators to ensure marketing strategies are yielding positive return on investment as well as to modify and optimize strategies as necessary. Uses segment specific marketing strategies and media to launch marketing programs and/or products in collaboration with agencies, product, sales and technical teams. Manages agency work for the benefit of the Company and our brand. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address agility, resource and operational challenges. Provides marketing support for paid and owned/free channels (e.g. email, branch) etc. Collaborates with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
