Pronto Pools is looking for a Pool Construction Project Manager to oversee residential pool projects from the initial planning stages through completion.

This person will help keep projects organized, crews moving, materials on site, and customers informed throughout the process. You’ll work closely with installation teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to make sure each project stays on track and is completed properly.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple moving parts. Experience in pool construction, landscaping, construction, or project management is helpful, but we’re open to the right person with strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)

Compensation:

$85,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage residential pool installation projects from start to finish

• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries

• Monitor project schedules and progress

• Make sure materials and equipment are available when needed

• Communicate with customers throughout the project

• Visit job sites and monitor work in progress

• Help identify and resolve project issues

• Keep projects organized and moving forward

• Ensure work meets company quality and safety standards

• Coordinate final project completion and cleanup

• Communicate updates and project needs with company leadership

Qualifications:

• Organized and dependable

• Strong communication and follow-through

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Able to work with crews, customers, and vendors

• Good problem-solving skills

• Comfortable visiting and managing active job sites

• Construction, landscaping, pool, or project management experience is a plus

• Willingness to learn and take ownership
