Quality Control Inspector Now Hiring Location: Rogers, AR Pay Rate: $18.00 - $18.30 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | Monday - Friday 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | Sunday - Thursday Be the reason every product passes the test. As a Quality Control Inspector in Rogers, you'll be the one making sure every piece coming off the line meets top standards. Your attention to detail keeps production running smooth and customers coming back. Job Duties Test, check, and verify every part for specs and standards Work with leads to keep production running smoothly Keep inspection records and tools ready to go Make sure everything that ships out meets the mark Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Hands‑on experience in a production or quality setting Eye for accuracy and care in every step Physically able to stand, move, and lift (up to) 40 lbs Strong work ethic and a crew‑first attitude Benefits Good weekly pay: Real pay, no delays.
