Customer Service Representative

Adecco is partnering with a great client in Brooklyn Park MN to hire a Customer Service Representative.

Shift 8am-5pm Monday -Friday

Pay $18.25 to $18.28 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, order changes, cancellations, and adjustments.
• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries regarding pricing, products, inventory, and order status.
• Build and maintain positive customer and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate purchase orders and follow up on deliveries and quotations.
• Receive, inspect, clean, sort, and prepare products for vendor returns.
• Generate return documentation and ensure compliance with manufacturer return policies.
• Maintain customer records and auto-shipment mailing lists.
• Utilize company systems to enter and retrieve order, customer, and inventory information.
• Assist with packaging and preparation of monthly customer mailings.
• Troubleshoot customer and order-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Sort and distribute mail, complete daily system closeout activities, and perform assigned backups.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Cross-train in departmental functions and assist team members as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and HIPAA-protected information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, order entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
