CNA / Nurse Assistant - LTC

LTC CNA Position

Previous travel experience required. An Alaska CNA license can be pending, but the candidate must have already submitted the Alaska CNA license application in order to apply. If they have not already submitted the application, please redirect. The candidate must provide documentation of the license application that includes application submittal, application fee paid, FPs submitted, educational verification submitted, and license verification submitted. If their AK CNA license is pending, they must also submit a valid CNA license in another state and verification of completion of a formal CNA training program (must be able to provide certificate, transcript, etc.).

Start Date: ASAP

Shift: 4x12 Variable (or 3x12 Variable - traveler's choice). Shifts will be either Days or Nights, but dependent on facility needs at the time of the start date.

Duration: Traveler's choice for 26 or 13 week assignment.

RTO Restrictions: Little to no RTO. Must be willing to work holidays. All RTO must be sent with submittal. RTO will not be considered if requested after an offer or after signing contract.

FACILITY INFORMATION

The facility provides housing and a rental car/vehicle to travelers during the assignment. Housing units are typically 1-bedroom apartments. Housing will be available for move-in not earlier than 72 hours before the contract begins and not longer than 24 hours after the contract ends. Pets are not allowed. Housing units are typically large enough to accommodate only the traveler. Bringing additional family members is not common and needs to be approved by the facility. Housing unit will need to be cleaned upon departure or it will be subject to additional cleaning fees billed to the traveler.

The facility will arrange for a vehicle for the traveler to use while on assignment. The vehicles are company-owned vehicles and are shared-use vehicles amongst travelers. Vehicle will be available for use no earlier than 72 hours before the contract begins and not longer than 24 hours after the contract ends. Only the traveler is authorized to be the operator of the vehicle. Traveler must provide a copy of a valid driver's license and proof of insurance prior to operating the vehicle. Traveler's personal vehicle insurance policy must have rental car insurance to cover any accidents/damages to a rental car. Vehicles for traveler use are provided solely for use "around town" and should not be taken off-road or outside of a 30-mile radius from the facility. If traveler has time off during their contract, they must turn in the vehicle during time off and they will be issued a new vehicle when they return. If you would like tire chains for the vehicle, this is an additional cost billed to the traveler. Vehicle must be cleaned before return and with a full tank of gas.
