Sales Product Specialist

Responsibilities Engaging customers online, over the phone, and in person to build relationships Conducting needs assessments and recommending the best Toyota or used vehicle options Demonstrating key features and offering test drives Negotiating effectively and closing deals with confidence Following up using CRM systems (experience with CDK, Dealer Daily, or Drive Centric is a plus) Staying current with Toyota certifications, product updates, and industry trends Requirements Minimum 2 years of sales experience Bilingual in English and Spanish – Required A motivated, goal‑driven mindset with strong closing skills Excellent communication and people skills Tech‑savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and mobile devices Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no major violations) Compensation This is a commission‑based position with strong earning potential, including the opportunity to earn over $150,000 + annually based on performance.
