The workweek can typically be structured with over 30 hours for full-time commitments or part-time options exceeding 5 hours per week, tailored to your availability. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

• Perform ongoing assessments of clients' mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate the development of coping, problem-solving, and communication skills through various therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using our secure digital platform while minimizing paperwork.

• Collaborate with a network of health care professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive client care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who seek guidance in managing their mental health. Our clients may deal with issues such as mild anxiety, stress, and life transitions, among others. Your focus will be to empower these individuals to enhance their coping mechanisms and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, independent licensure in at least one of the following areas: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, allowing for unsupervised practice.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.
\n
• Proficiency in technology and strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with clients through a virtual platform.

• A stable and reliable high-speed internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted client sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth counseling or working with adult clients are highly preferred. Experience developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs will be considered an asset.
