Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

• Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
• Communicate with customers, present our vehicles, and identify their needs
• Be the vehicle expert
• Perform demonstrations of new/used vehicles, presenting vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives
• Overcome objections
• Create rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network
• Follow-up with customers via email, text or US mail.
• Answer/make calls and respond to internet inquiries / generate leads

Qualifications/Requirements- Sales Consultant:

• Prior automotive sales experience is not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
• Motivation to be successful
• Social Media skills are a plus!
• Great customer service skills
• Must be able to overcome objections
• Professional appearance, good communication skills, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
• Must be 21 and hold a valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
