Bring your mortgage origination experience and commitment to client service to a role focused on helping borrowers, building referral relationships, and growing your pipeline.

Our organization provides support and tools to help you manage your pipeline and develop lasting client relationships. In this role, you will work with real estate agents, processors, and underwriters to coordinate the lending process and deliver responsive service from application through closing. Bring your relationship-building skills and initiative to grow your career through referrals, networking, and prospecting.

An active NMLS mortgage loan originator license and mortgage origination experience are required. We are looking for strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to helping borrowers understand their financing options.

Performance-based compensation, paid on closed loans; no base salary. Earnings vary based on loan production and the applicable compensation plan.

Compensation: $0 base salary; compensation paid on closed loans

Responsibilities:

• Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
• Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions
• Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
• Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business
• Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements

Qualifications:

• Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
• Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability

• Previous experience with Office Suite and loan-originating software such as Encompass

• Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, fixed/adjustable, and non-conforming
