Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant

Efinity Mortgage is seeking a licensed, bilingual Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) to join our Arlington branch. This is an in-office position supporting the branch and loan origination process.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, fluent in both English and Spanish, and comfortable working in a fast-paced mortgage environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Loan Officers and the branch throughout the loan process
• Communicate with borrowers and other parties as needed
• Assist with loan-related documentation, follow-up, and pipeline management
• Help ensure files move efficiently through the mortgage process
• Maintain timely and professional communication with clients and team members
• Originate and close loans as part of the role, with an expectation of approximately one loan every 1-2 months (6+ per year)

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required
• Fluent in Spanish and English required
• Mortgage/lending experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Must be able to work in the Arlington, TX office daily
• This is not a remote position
