Operations Manager

Randstad is seeking an experienced, results-driven On-Site Operations Manager to lead daily operations for one of our major client accounts. In this role, you will serve as the strategic link between Randstad and our client, overseeing on-site workforce management, recruitment, account P&L performance, and daily operational execution. You will manage an on-site team dedicated to fulfilling high-volume staffing needs, optimizing workforce productivity, maintaining safety and compliance, and embedding Randstad’s core values "To Know, To Serve, To Trust" into every aspect of account delivery. Job Details salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, department heads, and site managers to understand production goals and workforce demands. Service Level Alignment: Ensure account operations meet or exceed agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), fill rates, and retention targets. Business Reviews: Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and operational reporting to client leadership to demonstrate workforce performance, cost efficiencies, and strategic planning. Daily Operations & Workforce Execution On-Site Supervision: Direct daily account workflows, including high-volume recruiting, talent onboarding, shift scheduling, check-ins, time-keeping, and payroll processing. Performance & Talent Management: Oversee on-site talent engagement, perform safety orientations, handle coaching or performance issues, and execute offboarding/off-site transitions smoothly. Resource Optimization Resource Optimization: Manage talent pools dynamically to address sudden volume shifts, peak seasonal demands, or unexpected call-offs without compromising client output.
