Role will blend hands-on user support, hardware/asset management with exposure to network administration for the whole DP1 site. TYPE: Full Time; Salaried / Exempt. RESPONSIBILITIES Manages day-to-day IT infrastructure (hardware, inventory, troubleshooting) with great attention to detail. Working knowledge of network fundamentals (switches, VLANs, wireless APs, firewalls) Knowledge of network security best practices. Exposure and familiarity with HA servers & networks (high availability). Assist with unboxing, configuring and deploying new hardware for the facility Strong organizational and prioritization skills — able to juggle daily support tickets alongside project assistance. Takes ownership of tasks, follows through independently, and proactively flags issues before they escalate. Maintain organized documentation of tickets, troubleshooting steps and recurring issues Develop a thorough understanding of DrinkPAK policies, procedures and safety rules Responsibilities may change; team members may be required to perform other tasks not specifically mentioned. QUALIFICATIONS Experience with a broad range of IT functions including networking, firewalls, security, wireless, IT/OT networks – the more the better.
