Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Empathy and compassion in supporting clients through their mental health journeys.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage client sessions, documentation, and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in providing mental health therapy, particularly in a virtual or telehealth setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, licensed therapists joining our network will receive a sign-on bonus as an incentive.
