Account Executive, Small Business: Non-Profit

Job Overview Small Business Nonprofit Account Executive. Territory: named accounts. The role involves selling the entire Customer 360 Platform to existing Salesforce customers and inbound leads for new logos, increasing revenue spend within organizations between 1 and 30 employees. Responsibilities Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise. Build a point of view on how to help customers. Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment. Accurately forecast. Selling on value and return on investment versus technical functionality. Lead customer needs and act as their internal advocate. Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a growing sales organization. Lead a high volume of accounts with a strategy on prioritization of accounts and time. Uncover executive-level initiatives and challenges to map back solutions. Research and understand various lines of business and personas. Diffuse and overcome objections throughout the sales cycle. Qualifications Average 3 years of full‑cycle sales experience. Experience leading a large list of accounts and selling into new logos. Consistent year‑over‑year quota attainment in new revenue. Experience selling to the C‑suite. Ability to build and present slide decks to customers. Evaluation Skills in business acumen, consultative selling, prospecting, compelling communication, vitality, driven spirit, collaborative win‑as‑a‑team demeanor, resourcefulness, coachability, and commitment to results. Benefits and Compensation Base salary range: $59,040 – $78,960 annually (varies by location). Compensation may include incentive pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits include time off, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and employee stock purchasing program.
