This role requires maintaining accurate and organized financial records for the organization. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Process invoices and payments efficiently in QuickBooks Record financial transactions in QuickBooks Reconcile bank statements and financial reports Prepare financial reports and statements for management review Assist in the preparation of financial audits and tax filings Work with outside Accounting Firm Monitor and report on financial discrepancies Support the implementation of accounting systems and procedures Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices General office administrative responsibilities working under Senior Management Requirements: Minimum of an Associate’s degree in accounting or related field required 3+ years of Accounting experience required QuickBooks Online experience required Comfortable with Excel Strong organizational skills; detail oriented; ability to multitask & change directions Willing to manage both small tasks and large, complex projects.
