Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and re-evaluations, interpreting results with precision to inform treatment strategies.
• Perform thorough chart reviews and detailed data collection to support effective decision-making.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with healthcare professionals, leveraging their insights to address patient histories and specific needs.
• Utilize expert knowledge of complex diagnoses to develop targeted treatment programs and recognize contraindications/precautions effectively.
• Demonstrate innovation and efficiency in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload that spans orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and other therapeutic domains.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, collaborating with fellow therapists to address complex or outlier cases, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Active and valid license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
