Marketing Coordinator

Careers with our Clients through Forvis Mazars US Search Responsibilities Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. Coordinate project timelines, assets, approvals, and stakeholder communications to ensure deadlines are met. Gather product information, imagery, and marketing assets from suppliers and internal teams. Prepare marketing and creative briefs that clearly communicate product features and requirements. Develop and coordinate content for websites, email campaigns, social media, presentations, sales tools, and internal communications. Collaborate with designers and marketing team members to deliver projects on schedule. Assist with website updates, email marketing, social media management, and campaign reporting. Support events, product training, retailer materials, and other marketing initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Working knowledge of digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and website content. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail. Stakeholder management style with follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Experience in interiors, housewares, retail, or another product-focused industry is preferred This is a full-time, direct hire position and will be primarily based in office, in the Pineville / Matthews area.
