Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to accurately evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized, client-centered treatment plans that address their unique needs, therapeutic goals, and personal preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) effectively in sessions, tracking effectiveness through client feedback and progress assessments.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment alternatives, coping strategies, and self-care practices, empowering them to take active roles in their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress throughout the treatment process, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as indicated by their evolving needs.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to mental health care.

• Engage in professional development activities, including case consultations and peer reviews, to refine your skills and stay informed on the latest trends and research in mood disorder therapies.

• Maintain an organized and confidential record system of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

This role primarily focuses on adults experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Qualifications\n
