What You'll Do as the Staff Accountant:
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations while supporting monthly and year-end close.


• Maintain accurate general ledger activity and assist with property-level financial reporting.


• Reconcile bank accounts, tenant activity, and balance sheet accounts.


• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and research discrepancies.


• Partner with property management and operations teams to resolve accounting questions and ensure accurate reporting.


• Assist with financial statement preparation, reporting requests, audits, and special projects.


• Help identify opportunities to improve accounting processes as the organization continues to grow.


• Serve as a reliable accounting resource to the broader team while developing into a well-rounded Staff Accountant.
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• 2+ years of accounting experience; real estate or property management experience is a plus, but not required.


• Working knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.


• Strong Excel skills and comfort learning accounting and property management systems.


• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.


• Strong communication skills and an interest in partnering with both accounting and operational teams.


• Someone who is eager to learn, take ownership, and continue growing as a Staff Accountant.
