Area Supervisor Part-Time | Seasonal | School-Year Schedule Location : Allentown, PA Compensation $23.50 hour 5 hours per day Mileage reimbursement Company-issued phone and tablet Year-end bonus eligibility Position Overview Looking for a leadership position that keeps you active and engaged? As an Area Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations for our School Crossing Guard program while supporting employees, solving staffing challenges, and ensuring safe, reliable service throughout your assigned community. Responsibilities Recruit and onboard new School Crossing Guards Train employees and monitor safety compliance Respond to daily staffing needs Coordinate schedules and coverage Complete payroll and administrative tasks Conduct field visits and performance evaluations Fill in as a School Crossing Guard when necessary Qualifications Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational skills Excellent communication Comfortable with technology Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors when necessary Applicants residing near Allentown are preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required for this position. Schedule School-day schedule with split shifts before and after school. No scheduled work during summer break or school holidays.
