Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform, with the ability to drive requirements gathering, process optimization, solution design, testing, and successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and process improvement opportunities. Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews. Document business requirements, user stories, business process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate discussions between business users, product owners, architects, and development teams. Required Skills Salesforce Expertise Strong knowledge of: Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce Platform Understanding of: Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities Case Management Knowledge Management Omni-Channel Entitlements & SLAs Reports & Dashboards Salesforce Security Model Approval Processes Flows & Process Automation Experience Cloud (preferred) Business Analysis Skills Requirements Elicitation Process Mapping (As-Is / To-Be) Gap Analysis User Story Creation Acceptance Criteria Definition Requirement Traceability Functional Documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech3pillars Technologies
