Speech Language Pathologist

Leap Language and Developmental Services is a locally owned and run private speech therapy practice, located in the Metro Atlanta area. Leap focuses on providing personalized, evidence-based care primarily on site. We have many partnerships in place with ABA clinics and schools to allow for treatment at locations the patients are already going to - eliminating an extra trip for families to deal with. We prioritize family communication and education to maximize the effectiveness of treatment beyond the appointment itself. Our ideal candidate is someone we can stick with long term, and reward accordingly. Target pay between $75-110 per billable hour. Role Description Provide individual speech and language therapy to pediatric clients, primarily children with Autism. Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Address receptive and expressive language, functional communication, social/pragmatic language, articulation, speech intelligibility, AAC, and other communication needs. Collaborate with ABA therapists, occupational therapists, educators, parents, and caregivers to support consistent goals across settings. Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches as needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with families and other members of the care team.
