Medical Device Sales Territory Account ManagerOgden, Utah; Salt Lake City, UtahAt Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.The Territory Account Manager is responsible for educating therapists, physicians and patients on Tactile Medical Products in an assigned territory. Responsible for establishing sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. Responsible for penetrating underserved clinical markets. Assist in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns, or complaints. Must maintain compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.ResponsibilitiesEducating therapists, patients, and physicians on the Flexitouch System and other products and services offered by Tactile MedicalEstablish sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goalsAssist in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns, or complaintsOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation & Experience:Required:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years)3+ years of outside/inside sales experience OR1+ years of medical sales experience OR4+ years of patient facing clinical experience OR2+ years of Tactile Medical patient facing or sales support work experiencePreferred:Healthcare sales experience with clinicians such as doctors, surgeons, therapists, etc.Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients such as a Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA, etc.Demonstrated success selling Tactile Medical productsKnowledge & Skills:Knowledgeable of third party payer policiesDemonstrated ability to launch new products desirableTravel within territory as well as outside territory for conferences and trainingAbility to lift 20 poundsOur total compensation package includes medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement benefits, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, parental leave, family medical leave, volunteer time off and additional leave programs, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits and discounts. Below is the starting salary or hourly range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.US Pay Range$73,000 - $92,400 USD
