Position Business Valuation & Litigation Director Company Nevium Intellectual Property Consultants is a San Diego-based consulting firm that specializes in valuing and calculating damages for intellectual property and intangible assets. We provide IP valuations, expert witness testimony, and strategic advice to law firms, business owners, and investors. Location La Mesa, CA, United States. This is an in‑person position. Responsibilities Investigate social media metrics, conduct data collection and investigations, and build complex Excel models. Write well‑referenced reports and presentations for clients. Manage client projects from start to finish, setting and meeting project deadlines. Supervise analysts assisting with project completion. Edit, format, and organize client reports and presentations. Develop valuation models and damages calculations (DCF, Comp, etc.). Apply creative thinking and develop independent opinions to address challenges. Perform financial analysis and present findings in a clear, concise manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, or accounting. Completed coursework in economics, financial analysis, statistics, or accounting. At least five years of experience managing projects from initiation to final report while supervising analysts. Strong financial analysis, writing, and critical‑thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and adapt to rapid growth or change. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced). Excellent writing skills, including grammar, punctuation, research, outlining, editing, and revising. Excellent verbal communication. Strong attention to detail. Effective team player.
