Site Manager – Operations | Hospitality | Management

Location: Bossier City, LA

Pay: starting salary at $50,000 + bonus (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time | Weekend availability required.

Our client is a rapidly growing, customer-focused service organization operating multiple locations across Louisiana. They pride themselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience while investing in their people and promoting from within. They are looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys managing teams, driving operational excellence, and creating a positive work environment. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of their high-volume locations. This is a direct hire opportunity with long-term growth potential. Leaders from restaurants, retail, hospitality, automotive service, or other fast-paced customer service environments are encouraged to apply.

What You Get to Do

Lead the daily operations of a busy customer-facing location.
Hire, train, coach, and develop team members.

What You Need to Succeed

Previous leadership experience managing hourly employees.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience with scheduling, coaching, and employee development.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
