Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst) to support the daily operations of the Cash Management Department. This role is responsible for providing operational support, customer training, system administration, and technical assistance related to Cash Management Online Banking services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Cash Management products and services
• Deliver WebEx training sessions to customers and Bank personnel on product features and benefits
• Assist with user testing for system upgrades and new product implementations
• Support customers and internal teams with Cash Management Online Banking services
• Perform customer setups, monitor product usage, and ensure smooth system operation
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer and technical issues within established authority levels
• Assist in coordinating and supporting audits and regulatory examinations
• Review reports, prepare correspondence, and complete routine daily operational tasks
• Participate in departmental initiatives and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience supporting banking operations or cash management services preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with online banking systems and Microsoft Office applications
