HR Admin Support

HR Admin Support requires: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in office – Dallas High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of administrative or HR support experience Experience with general I-9 information and completion Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and organization Good customer service and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information Experience with HR systems (e.g., E-Verify, Equifax) Duties: Process and track new hire (preboarding) activities Assist with I-9 documentation collection and entry in the system Review records for completeness and accuracy Respond to basic employee and manager questions (via email) Assist with routine data checks and flag missing or incomplete information Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for routine follow-ups Provide general administrative and clerical HR support #J-18808-Ljbffr
