Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
Educate individuals and families on insurance options (auto, home, life, and business)
Develop tailored coverage solutions to meet client needs
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community involvement
Deliver exceptional customer service and long-term relationship management
Meet and exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment

Requirements

Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with new clients
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset
Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (training provided)
