Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney licensed to practice in Minnesota with more than 2 years’ experience in commercial litigation. We have a strong collegial culture with a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will be driven to ask questions, care about their work product, be a strong writer, and can manage multiple matters effectively. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, drafting pleadings, motions, engaging in discovery practice, managing document review, writing, and researching issues, advising clients, and analyzing and drafting commercial contracts.

Compensation depends on experience, skills, and practice area. The salary ranges are:

• Approximately 2-6+ years: $100,000 to $150,000
• Approximately more than 6 years: $150,000 to $200,000
