This portfolio consists of mature, core-revenue-driving businesses with significant commercial scale, requiring a leader who can both protect and grow the portfolio through sharp strategy, disciplined execution, and continuous innovation.Working across functions, this leader ensures category strategies are aligned to global priorities and designed for commercial impact.
