In addition to competitive pay, AMLI offers a housing allowance, bonus opportunities, outstanding benefits, and long-term career growth with a nationally recognized apartment owner and manager.## ## Why Join AMLI?* Competitive pay: **$35–$39/hour based on experience*** Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities* Housing allowance at AMLI Wallingford* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* 401(k) with company match* 20 days PTO plus 9 paid holidays* Career advancement opportunities* Employee recognition programs* Stable company with a strong reputation in multifamily housing## ## What You'll DoAs the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring the community remains safe, attractive, and operating at the highest standards.### ### Key Responsibilities* Lead, train, schedule, and support the maintenance team* Coordinate and oversee all maintenance projects, repairs, and vendor work* Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and building systems issues* Manage preventative maintenance programs and property inspections* Oversee apartment turns and ensure units are move-in ready on schedule* Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage maintenance-related expenses* Assist with budgeting, capital improvement projects, and vendor bid management* Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards* Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to resident service requests* Help maintain the community's appearance, curb appeal, and overall resident satisfaction* Participate in an on-call rotation and assist with after-hours emergencies as needed**What We're Looking For**### **Required Qualifications*** 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience* Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance repairs* Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities* Reliable transportation**Preferred Qualifications*** Previous supervisory or team lead experience* Experience managing vendors, budgets, and preventative maintenance programs## Physical RequirementsThis position requires frequent walking, climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, and working in indoor and outdoor environments.
