Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: OB/GYN Duration: Temporary Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years License: Current State License Certifications: Fetal monitoring, ACLS, BLS, NRP Must-Have Skills/Experience: OR circulation, mother/baby, triage (preferred but not required) Description: Located in a community with beautiful recreational landscapes. Facilities include emergency services, family medicine, orthopedics, OB/GYN, internal medicine, pediatrics, urgent care, lab, and diagnostic imaging. This facility serves a diverse patient population dealing with various conditions. The department includes six labor rooms, eleven mother/baby rooms, and three triage beds. The monthly volume averages approximately 110 deliveries. Patient ratios adhere to established guidelines. The electronic health record system in use is Centricity and Paragon. Flexibility and good communication skills are essential for this role. Dress code requires blue and blue/green scrubs. Common diagnoses and treatments involve labor. Candidates must be willing to float to mother/baby as needed. This position is a replacement for permanent staff.
