Make a difference every day by supporting students as a dedicated educational professional in a contract role near Riverside, CA. This rewarding opportunity involves working closely with a single student on a Special Education caseload across various grade levels, from Kindergarten through Grade 12. As an essential part of the school community, you will help foster a positive learning environment and provide critical one-on-one assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual support and guidance to a designated student across grade levels K-12
• Adapt instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of the student
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure consistent educational support
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate student progress
• Uphold school policies and promote a safe, inclusive classroom environment
• Proactively assist in classroom activities and transitions

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or substitute teacher, especially within a school or pediatric setting
• Strong background in supporting students in Special Education
• Experience with individualized, one-on-one educational support
• Familiarity with grade ranges from Kindergarten to 12th Grade
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to different classroom environments
