As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest areas, parking facilities, amenities, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards. Monitor access points, observe visitor and vehicle activity, and support adherence to property access procedures. Document incidents, patrol observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
