Role Description This is a full-time Sales Representative role based in Miami with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Sales Representative will actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality and residential sectors, manage existing client accounts, and maintain long-term relationships. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing and following up on proposals, and negotiating pricing and contract terms in alignment with company guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on order processing and delivery, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports and forecasts. The Sales Representative will represent the Globaltex Fine Linens brand, ensuring a high level of professionalism and service at every customer touchpoint. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills, with a focus on B2B relationships. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including clear written and verbal skills in a professional setting. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver high-quality customer service. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and sales targets. Comfort with hybrid work, including self-motivation and independence when working from home. Experience in textiles, hospitality, or luxury goods sectors is an advantage. Proficiency with CRM tools and Google Workspace (Docx, Sheet, Other) or similar software.
