Job Title: Part-Time to Full-Time Sports Medicine Physical Therapist Location: ParikhHealth – Sunnyvale, CA About Us ParikhHealth is a modern, patient-centered primary care and sports medicine clinic focused on optimizing performance, recovery, and long-term health. We integrate medical care, physical therapy, and advanced fitness testing to deliver high-level, personalized care for active individuals, athletes, and motivated patients who want more from their health. We are growing and looking for a full-time Physical Therapist with a strong sports medicine focus who wants to practice at a higher level—not just volume-based care, but thoughtful, results-driven rehabilitation. Position Overview This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working with athletes and active patients, understands biomechanics deeply, and wants to be part of an integrated care model alongside physicians and fitness professionals. You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through recovery and performance optimization, with an emphasis on movement quality, strength, and long‑term injury prevention. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports‑related injuries Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans Guide patients through exercise therapy, manual therapy, and return‑to‑sport progression Collaborate closely with physicians and care team on diagnosis and management Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and long‑term health Utilize performance tools (strength testing, movement analysis, etc.) when appropriate Maintain accurate and timely documentation (EMR: DrChrono) Contribute to a positive, high‑performance clinic culture What Makes This Role Different Sports medicine + primary care integration (not a traditional PT mill) Ability to work with motivated, higher‑functioning patients and athletes Access to advanced tools (fitness testing, performance metrics) Emphasis on quality of care over volume Opportunity to help build and shape programs (youth athletes, combines, performance services) Qualifications Physical Therapy- DPT, MPT, PT Active California PT license (or eligible) Strong interest or experience in sports medicine and orthopedics Experience with strength training, return‑to‑sport protocols, and movement assessment Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Growth mindset and willingness to innovate Preferred (Not Required) Experience working with athletes (youth, collegiate, or adult) Background in strength & conditioning (CSCS or similar) Manual therapy training Interest in performance, longevity, and wellness‑based care Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance‑based incentives Paid time off Continuing education support Opportunity for growth into leadership or program development roles Who This Is Perfect For Someone who’s tired of high‑volume clinics and wants to actually practice at a high level , think critically, and be part of a forward‑thinking, performance‑driven environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
