The US base salary range for this full-time position is $203,700 - $279,000 + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Implement executive and key partner communications standards across the program portfolio. Lead a governance structure to drive effective decision-making and mitigate cross-team dependencies. Establish a reliable cadence for program reviews, prioritization, and resource stewardship. Define and manage a high-impact program portfolio that translates ambiguous goals into measurable objectives. Identify and apply change management opportunities that increase program velocity.
