This position allows for a flexible remote work setting coupled with outpatient services in a supportive office environment. Our practice operates with extended hours from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing ample opportunity to accommodate various patient schedules and ensure clients receive the support they need when they need it most. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to gather patient histories and identify effective treatment strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and the patient’s overall well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to foster healing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma experiences and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention in trauma-related emergencies and ensure patients have immediate access to necessary support.

• Educate patients and their families regarding trauma responses and coping strategies while sharing resources that can aid in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities focused on trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a diverse patient population dealing with various trauma and stress-related issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients who may present with anxiety, PTSD, and other trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
