• Sign - on Bonus - $2,000 Hiring Bonus for external candidates (50% after 90 days of employment and 50% after one year of employment)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education Education, Child Development, or a related field
• Experience in coordinating educational or community outreach programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with standard office software and digital communication tools.
