K2 Paving Solutions - Hiring Concrete Estimator / Project Manager Heavy Civil | Commercial Concrete K2 Paving Solutions is looking for a motivated, high-energy Concrete Estimator / Project Manager to help grow our concrete division. We are pursuing all types of concrete work - from heavy civil paving and infrastructure to commercial concrete projects of all sizes. This is more than a job - it's an opportunity to be part of a hungry team ready to make an impact in the concrete industry. Responsibilities:

70k plus per year
- Estimate and bid concrete projects
- Manage contracts, budgets, billing, and invoicing
- Oversee project schedules and operations
- Review plans, specs, and quantities
- Coordinate with field crews, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Heavy civil and commercial concrete experience
- HCSS experience preferred
- Strong estimating and project management skills
- Driven, organized, and team-oriented
- $70,000+ salary
