Concrete Estimator / Project Manager

Heavy Civil | Commercial Concrete

K2 Paving Solutions is looking for a motivated, high-energy Concrete Estimator / Project Manager to help grow our concrete division.

We are pursuing all types of concrete work - from heavy civil paving and infrastructure to commercial concrete projects of all sizes.

This is more than a job - it's an opportunity to be part of a hungry team ready to make an impact in the concrete industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and bid concrete projects
  • Manage contracts, budgets, billing, and invoicing
  • Oversee project schedules and operations
  • Review plans, specs, and quantities
  • Coordinate with field crews, suppliers, and subcontractors
Qualifications:
  • Heavy civil and commercial concrete experience
  • HCSS experience preferred
  • Strong estimating and project management skills
  • Driven, organized, and team-oriented
Compensation:
  • $70,000+ salary
  • Bonus opportunities
