Position: Account Manager

Reports To: Director of Client Services

Status: FT

Position Summary:

An Account Manager’s role is to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, answer client inquiries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

Essential Functions:

• Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with both internal and external teams, and providing high level reports.
• Answer all direct client inquiries while handling and executing any escalated issues both internally and externally until final resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (including the Service, Parts, Billing, Field, and Executive teams) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.
• Account Managers will be responsible for providing high level reports regarding account status and any information customers may need.
• Ability and desire to collaborate with coworkers and management to achieve business standards, provide customer satisfaction and engaged in our services.
• Lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned accounts at all times.
