IT Support Technician I
Adaptive Biotechnologies
Front-line IT support technician role providing end-user assistance across hardware, software, and workplace technologies. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing support tickets, assisting with deployments and onboarding, and contributing to documentation improvements.
Responsibilities
- Respond to end-user incidents and service requests in timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, and peripheral issues
- Support Mac and Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, Teams phones, and other workplace technologies
- Manage support tickets through resolution or escalation with accurate documentation
- Assist with workstation deployments, equipment moves, and user onboarding and offboarding
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year related IT support experience or equivalent practical exposure
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and business applications
- Strong customer service orientation and willingness to help others
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to follow documented procedures and work collaboratively in a team
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and enterprise support processes
