Overview
Registered Nurse - ICU travel assignment in Sonora, California. Start date 08/17/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $1,971–$1,996 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct ICU nursing care for an assigned patient group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient condition, implement and evaluate care plans, monitor responses, and administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
- Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff at multiple levels; delegate tasks and ensure safe, competent care delivery.
- Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, and other disciplines; communicate changes in patient status and plan of care.
- Document care accurately and timely; maintain patient safety, quality measures, and adherence to policies; apply critical thinking and independent judgment in clinical decisions.

Requirements
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 3x12 schedule in an ICU setting.
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment and participate in onboarding/credentialing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and follow established standards of care.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced inpatient care environment and commitment to patient safety.
