This individual will directly contribute to hands-on development, organizational enablement, secure deployment of AI/Machine Learning (ML) capabilities, and advanced research transition. The ideal candidate is not a theorist but a proven executor who delivers real capability into programs and generates business value.What You Will Do Integrate and deploy AI/ML models, especially Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced architectureBuild, harden, and operate secure AI pipelines across cloud, tactical, and embedded platformsTransition prototypes into reliable operational capabilitiesProvide AI development best practices, training, and organizational enablementCollaborate across engineering, research, leadership, and customersEvaluate new technologies for secure AI including lifecycle management and complianceSupport proposals, business development, and technical communicationQualifications You Must Have Typically requires STEM degree with minimum 12 years’ relevant experienceExperience deploying AI systemExperience working with Large Language Models and advanced machine learning architecturesExperience implementing secure MLOps and DevSecOps pipelinesHands-on experience across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and embedded environmentsExperience with Python and modern machine learning frameworks.Experience leading workstreamsAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government issued TS/SCI security clearance after day 1. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
